Rosettes and blocks add a nice finished look to any room. Lamb Hardwood Lumber, Inc. produces high quality inside and outside corner base blocks, mid-room base blocks, rosettes and plinth blocks. Use of rosettes, base and mid-room base blocks and plinth blocks eliminates the need for miter cuts, therefore making the installation process of door and window trim faster and easier.

Inside and outside corner base blocks accentuate room corners, making them stand out rather than blend in with perpendicular walls. Mid-room base blocks are used to break up long lengths of base trim in large rooms, and can accent a break in the base trim rather than attempt to mask a miter cut. Rosettes are used in the top corners of door frames and at corners of windows, adding a nice touch to the window treatment. Plinth blocks are used as accent pieces at the bottom of doors where casing and base meet.

Lamb Hardwood Lumber also offers unique new block products. We offer curved base blocks for those builders who use curved sheetrock corners. Our rosettes are available in custom laser engraved styles to accommodate customer requests. Lamb Hardwood Lumber carries three main styles of rosettes: button, bullet and crater. Square, routered or radius edges are available for each main style. All blocks and rosettes are custom-sized to best fit with the size of the base and case mouldings that you are using. Also, they normally match the species of the casing and base.
